Luke, pharmacist and owner of Southcity Pharmacy, has been proudly serving the local community for over 12 years. With more than 20 years in pharmacy, he brings a wealth of experience gained from working across New South Wales, along with a deep understanding of community healthcare.

Growing up in Wagga and studying at the University of Sydney, Luke has strong local ties and a genuine passion for supporting the health and wellbeing of his community. He is particularly driven by innovation in pharmacy and is committed to evolving services to better meet the needs of patients.

In addition to his work in-store, Luke also serves as Vice President of the Pharmacy Guild, contributing to the future direction of the profession.

Outside of the pharmacy, Luke is a proud husband and dad to three girls. He enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of family life.

Darko, one of our pharmacists and pharmacy owners, brings over 15 years of experience in pharmacy, including 10 years as a qualified pharmacist. With a strong background in compounding, he is passionate about providing tailored solutions to support each patient’s individual needs.

Darko is dedicated to building genuine connections with his customers, taking the time to listen and support them throughout their healthcare journey. He has a particular interest in holistic healthcare, believing in supporting wellbeing from all angles to help patients feel their best. Being fluent in five languages, Darko is also able to connect with and support a diverse range of patients within our community.

Outside of the pharmacy, Darko is a proud family man with a wife and two young children. He enjoys camping, great food, and making the most of time spent with family and friends.

Sandra, our Retail Manager and Sleep Apnoea Specialist, brings an incredible 40 years of experience in pharmacy to our team. Since becoming a sleep apnoea specialist in 2014, she has developed a strong passion for supporting patients in improving their sleep and overall wellbeing.

With a Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy and a Diploma in Retail Management, Sandra combines her extensive knowledge with a genuine commitment to helping people. She takes pride in providing thoughtful, personalised care and is a trusted source of support for both customers and the wider team.

Outside of the pharmacy, Sandra is a proud mum to three and grandmother to nine. She loves baking, being creative, and spending quality time with her family.

Sarah, our Assistant Manager, brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping others to the team. With over 20 years in retail and the past 4 years in pharmacy, she has found her true home in delivering personalised care and support to our community.

As a busy mum to two young boys, she understands the importance of practical, compassionate care and always takes the time to ensure each person feels supported and heard.

Rob, our dedicated delivery driver, brings reliability, care, and a friendly smile to every doorstep. His commitment to supporting our community ensures that those who need it most receive their medications and care without compromise, making him an essential part of our pharmacy team.

Our Dispensary Technician team plays a vital role in delivering safe, accurate, and personalised care. With a keen attention to detail and a strong focus on patient support, they ensure every prescription is prepared with precision. Our team also brings a diverse range of skills, including multilingual support and specialised knowledge in vitamin and supplement advice—helping us better care for our community.
