If you are registered under the CTG program or hold a DAA (DBA) card, your Webster packing is subsidised through government funding and provided at no cost to you.
For all other patients, Webster packing is available for $7.60 per pack.
Most customers taking multiple medications qualify. Our team reviews your prescriptions and Medicare details to confirm eligibility. Give us a call and we'll sort it out together.
Pick them up in-store weekly, or we deliver straight to your door. You choose what works best for your routine.
Setup typically takes 24–48 hours once we have received a completed new patient form, along with a current medication summary and all relevant prescriptions. These are reviewed by our team to ensure everything is accurate before your pack is prepared.
Absolutely. Medication changes can be made Monday to Friday with an updated prescription or doctor’s summary. Our team will work with you to ensure your pack remains accurate and up to date, while staying flexible to your needs.
